Review Product – BeWater Water Bottle
We hear it, see articles and adverts promoting the benefits of drinking water every day to keep us healthier. So, why is it so many of us still find it hard to drink at least 2/3 liters of water as part of our everyday routine? Shouldn’t it be a habit that we have grown up with and continue with daily, just like taking a shower or brushing our teeth?
When you think about it the human body is made up of approximately 55/60% of water. We need water to survive. Although, water is constantly lost throughout the day as we breathe, sweat, urinate, etc, we can replenish the water in our body by drinking fluids. Without going into to much detail, if we don’t drink water every day, our body could experience dehydration, which could cause such things as tiredness, slow brain function, irritability, dryness, and high temperature.

According to BeWater studies have shown that the change to the water molecules made by gemstones happens in around seven minutes. Simply fill your bottle with whatever water you choose to drink, leave it in the bottle for approximately ten minutes and then enjoy.
We found these BeWater bottles are very easy to use as they can be washed with a little soapy water to keep them fresh and are also dishwasher safe. Each water bottle holds 500 mls of water, perfect for popping into your handbag/gym bag or simply placing at your work station as a reminder to re-hydrate during the course of the day.
The team here at The Energy Healing Magazine thought these products were generally reasonably priced – the BeWater bottles range from £22 on the go flip top range, their original range are priced at £29 and £61 (a little expensive) – but they are a limited edition and made from hand blown glass for their zodiac bottles.
The beauty of these bottles are they are re-usable so cut down on carbon footprint. They look really pretty and you’ll have great fun of choosing from a selection of bottles and crystals to suit your individual taste.
