As we all well know herbs have been around for a very long time and are often used to treat a wide variety of ailments without the side effects of conventional medicines.
Having a sleepless night or coping with Insomnia whether it’s temporary, or long-term, is never much fun. While many of us take sleep for granted, the flip side of this is that in America alone there are 50 to 70 million people suffering from one or several sleep disorders, according to a report by the American Sleep Association. The result of this is people are falling asleep while driving or even while at work. The facts are inescapable: lack of sleep is becoming a growing problem for many people from all walks of life.
Missing out on sleep not only leaves you feeling exhausted and irritable, but also generally unable to function coherently during the day. Long term Insomnia can , in some cases, put you at risk of health issues such as obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes. After researching and trying numerous alternative remedies I came across Snooze and, quite frankly, have found this product amazing.
Snooze has created a unique drink incorporating a number of well-known effective sleep and relaxation herbs. Valerian, Passion Flower, Californian Poppy, Lemon Balm, Lime-Blossom with natural hop and peppermint flavour have been combined to help support your natural sleep cycle.
One of the main things I liked about the drink is that it cannot cause dependency or addiction. It’s also hassle-free to prepare. There’s no mixing up of powder to water, measuring out quantities of herbs etc. Snooze comes already mixed for you in a handy small 135 ml carton-can and is ready to pour straight into a glass. Ideal for carrying if you’re on the go and travelling around. As Snooze is a natural herb-based drink, it is also suitable for those that consume a vegan, vegetarian or halal diet, so it’s very versatile.
I personally found Snooze pleasant to taste and took the drink (as recommend) 30 minutes before bedtime for 7 nights before I started to see its effects. The drink did not have any side effects or leave a horrible taste in my mouth and, more importantly, did not leave me feeling groggy the next morning like the occasional sleeping tablets are known to do. I also love the fact that I could also choose how strong I wanted the drink , depending on how I felt at the time.
I’ve been using Snooze now for 14 continuous nights before writing this review and have found it’s helped me not only to relax but to also get a good night’s sleep too. Thank you Snooze. As a side note, I also won’t be having nightmares over the cost of a restful slumber. The prices for the different quantities range from a mixed sample pack of 4 cartons for €13,45 – to the regular or strong pack of 12 for €35,45 which can be bought from the Snooze website – https://www.snoooze.co/en/.
